All bids made below the reserve of $175,000 will be considered as a "best offer" until the reserve is met. The seller reserves the right to reject "best offers". Once the reserve price is met, further bids will only advance by proxy and competitive bidding. For example, if you bid $150,000 your bid automatically registers at that amount as a best offer. If you bid $200,000 your bid first registers to meet the reserve of $175,000 and then only advances higher if someone else bids against you.
